Hello Hound is a dog waste composting company dedicated to cleaning up the earth one Spot at a time.
John (and his dog, Modi) started Hello Hound as the result of trying and failing to find a responsible yet easy way to compost Modi’s dog poop. There are currently only two facilities in Western Washington equipped for composting dog feces. Our best friend’s poop is filled with harmful bacteria and microorganisms that are one of the main contributors to polluted rivers and streams.
With a background in environmental science and community development, John wanted to make a difference and knew that other environmentally friendly dog parents would want to do the same.
